Casino nights for corporate events and Christmas parties in Melbourne

Real casino tables, professional croupiers and a room full of people who have forgotten they are at a work function. We bring everything needed to run the night. You bring the people.

Your Function

CHRISTMAS PARTIES

For 2026, 5 December is booked out and 4 and 12 December are close behind. Late November still has good availability. In December we can be running four to six events on one night, so six weeks notice gives us the best chance of holding your date.

CORPORATE FUNCTIONS

End of financial year, a conference dinner or a night to thank your clients. Casino tables give people a reason to move around the room and talk to each other, and the leaderboard gives the night a finish.

Perfect for:

· EOFY celebrations

· Conferences

· Product launches

· Client entertainment

· Networking events

HOW IT WORKS

Tell us the date, venue or suburb and rough guest numbers. Alex calls you within one business day to talk the night through, then sends a quote that fits the event.

On the night:

· Set-up complete before your first guest arrives

· Casino cash printed with your logo

· Croupiers teach every game in minutes

· Live leaderboard all night

· Grand final and the High Roller Trophy

We booked their poker tables and croupiers for our corporate Christmas party and they exceeded every expectation. The custom funny money with our company logos and the custom felt tops on the tables made the experience feel very premium. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of the experience from start to finish was nothing short of outstanding.

MADDIE, CORPORATE CHRISTMAS PARTY

Built for a room full of colleagues

Most work Christmas parties follow the same script: a booked venue, a set menu, a few speeches and a room that splits into the same groups it does every day. A casino night changes that from the first hand. Your team is dealt in together, people who have never spoken end up cheering the same card, and nobody has to know how to play. Nobody loses a cent. Everybody is in.

EVERYONE PLAYS

NO REAL MONEY

FITS YOUR RUN SHEET

Our croupiers teach each game in a couple of minutes, so a complete beginner is placing bets alongside the office card sharp within the first round. Guests move between tables at their own pace, and the games do the mingling for you.

Each guest receives casino cash printed for your event, with your logo on it. One note buys seven hands or spins at any table. Croupiers tally the chips after each round and record the result on a live leaderboard, and the night finishes with a grand final table and the presentation of the High Roller Trophy.

Speeches, dinner and awards all have their place. We work with you on the run sheet and liaise directly with your venue on access times, floor plans and bump in and bump out, so there is nothing extra on your plate.

THE REAL THING

CHOOSE YOUR TABLES

MAKE IT YOURS

Our tables come from real casinos and our croupiers have worked at them, here and overseas. Custom LED lighting on every table transforms the room the moment the lights go down. Add the red carpet and bollards at the door and your guests know what kind of night it is before they are through it.

Roulette, blackjack, poker, wheel of fortune and craps, with a professional croupier on every table. Each table takes eight players at a time and guests rotate between rounds, so you do not need a seat for everyone at once. Tell us your guest numbers and we will recommend a set-up that keeps the room moving. With more than twenty tables in the fleet, large functions are not a problem.

Branded table felts with your logo or sponsor artwork. Custom casino cash printed with your logo and event name, which guests love to keep as a souvenir. Red carpet and gold bollards at the entrance. Three metre media banners in Casino Royale, Las Vegas or Chicago 1920s themes. Showgirls, light-up dice and pop-up signs for groups going the full Vegas. And photos and short social videos of the night, captured by us and delivered in the weeks after.

Frequently Asked Questions

HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD WE BOOK?

There is no minimum lead time, but in December we can be running four to six events on the same night, so six weeks notice gives us the best chance of holding your date.

For 2026, 5 December is already booked out and 4 and 12 December are close behind. Late November still has good availability. Enquire with your preferred date and a back-up.

WHERE DO YOU SERVICE?

We are based in Melbourne and run events across the metropolitan area, regional Victoria and the NSW border towns. If you are unsure whether we cover your venue, ask.

IS ANY REAL MONEY INVOLVED?

No. Guests play with casino cash designed for your event and compete for a place on the leaderboard and the High Roller Trophy. It is entertainment, not gambling.

Nobody needs to know how to play, either. Our croupiers teach each game in a few minutes and keep the pace friendly, so beginners and experienced players end up at the same tables.

CAN THE TABLES BE CUSTOMISED?

Yes. Custom felts carry your logo or sponsor artwork on the table itself, and the casino cash is printed with your logo and event name. Both are popular with corporate groups and look good in the photos.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Every event is quoted individually on guest numbers, venue, duration and the tables and additions you choose, so there is no fixed package price.

Send the basics through the form and Alex will call you within one business day to talk through the event before quoting. It is a conversation, not a price list, and it is the part of the process our clients mention most.

DO YOU WORK DIRECTLY WITH OUR VENUE?

Yes. Once you have booked, we speak to your venue or event coordinator about access, floor plans, set-up requirements and bump in and bump out, so you are not the go-between.

We need very little from the venue. The tables are self-contained and need no power; one power point for the leaderboard is all we ask. Access details, such as lift or stairs, and a floor plan help us plan the set-up.
